We installed a new business security system alarm with AAA Alarms and have been very happy since. We now can not only get a call from AAA Alarms Central Monitoring station, but we can view our cameras they installed from our smartphones and home computers. We did have a false alarm due to a new employee not entering his code properly on the keypad, but thanks to the remote control feature of the business alarm, I was able to simply verify who was in the building through the video camera on my phone, and then proceed to disarm the alarm also through my smartphone app. What a nice convenience to have! We recently switch to AAA Alarms and Fire Protection to handle our quarterly and semi annual fire alarm testing and inspections as required by Rhode Island Fire alarm and life safety codes. We were with another company charging our facility 3 times more than AAA for half the level of service! Glad to have made the switch and it’s refreshing to deal with a local RI based family owned business once again! AAA handles all the fire alarm testing, submits the quarterly inspection reports to the local fire department, tests all the smoke detectors, pull stations, and horn strobes. Highly recommend AAA ! We additionally hired AAA Alarms to upgrade our video camera system to a new high definition system. We had old black and white cameras that had terrible picture quality. Now with have low light level color, with 1080p High Def Color, remote viewing on our smartphones, and 24/7 recording, that is easy to search to find incidents because it only records when cameras "see" motion. Great systems together with our business burglar alarm, make for a comprehensive package that protects our facility 24/7 for a cost less than we had been paying for obsolete equipment.
