Joe has been in the Alarm Industry since 1983, some 35+ years, and has worked with AAA Custom Alarm Systems, Wells Fargo Alarm Service and ADT Security in the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, and Worcester markets since. He has designed systems for Government, Dept of Defense, Residential, and the precious metals industries. Joe is also the UL Signatory for the company to certify that systems AAA installs meet or exceed UL standards.
Nunzio Riccio
Operations Manager
Nunzio has worked in the Alarm Industry since 1999, and has worked with AAA Alarms and Fire Protection, and it’s former company, AAA Custom Alarm Systems, UL Division. He is a Master Fire Alarm electrician, and a journeyman data, video, sound, and telecom license holder in RI. Nunzio shares a commitment to customer service beyond comparison.

Joe D. Trillo, Jr.
Sales Manager
Joe represents the third generation of alarm industry family. Starting with Joe’s Grandfather, Joseph Trillo, who founded the company’s early beginnings as AAA Custom Alarm Systems, Joe has “grown up in the business”. He has served in capacity as Installation Technician, Service Technician, Fire Alarm Technician, and currently holds a BF Journeyman license for Fire Alarm in Rhode Island, RI Burglar alarm agent license and the companies Connecticut C5 Electrical Limited Contractor License and Florida Electrical Contractor EF License. He currently uses all those acquired skills in system design for new and existing customers.

Dave Silva
Service Manager
Dave has been with the company for 15 years since a Dimon technical School Graduate. In addition to managing all service needs, Dave is one of our top tier technicians, capable of solving the most complex alarm /video system problems, from IP Video networks to High security line transmission faults. Dave is a licensed journeyman Fire Alarm electrician in Rhode Island and Burglar alarm agents.

Susan Maznicki
Accounting Manager
Susan has been with AAA Alarms for over 12 years and handles all aspects of our Billing and receivable accounting, along with many other customer service items, from issuance and renewals of UL Certificates and Insurance Certificates to payroll administration.
